1. Mostly service-based work focusing on middle markets. Therefore, salaries are not as high as product-based companies but comparable to other MNCs. 2. Work timings are unusual and mostly strict.

All consulting side managers(Especially ERP) come from the same company, and anyone can confirm this by checking Linkedin. It seems like biased hiring took place. These individuals are toxic and lack the skills to manage projects effectively. Coming from small companies they've brought the same kind of office politics with them. The culture here is all about showmanship.
