Micromanagement in high volume. Managers commonly using the phrase " we will hold your promotion" Internal politics Lack of privacy manager can track your call and mails. Keeping a person in form to monitor and track employee activities. Even hybrid mode is not flexible.

Worst company. The directors and managers in TAS are very toxic, work culture is very negative, no learnings and growth while workload is very high. Seniors always pushing people to stretch while they do nothing. Favoring people and promoting people based on likings.

Lesser finanacial benefits than big 4. Office doesn't have appropriate ammenities to incentivice wfo. Clients are mostly middle market thus projects are mostly under-budget and client provide less info make work difficult.

Worst company,high politics, I can say it is garbage of EY. Now you can understand how this organisation is going. There are only favourism and if you made any complaint about others it will only backfire you. work life balance is zero and without proper guidance they can allot you any work.

The leadership is biased. The promotion are not on merit basis. Toxic work culture. I tried to complaint the HR regarding the biasness of Abhineet during promotions, but they threw me out of the firm. My 8 months of career is wasted here without any learning and looking at such dumb people in the leadership who can never match the big4 culture.

All consulting side managers(Especially ERP) come from the same company, and anyone can confirm this by checking Linkedin. It seems like biased hiring took place. These individuals are toxic and lack the skills to manage projects effectively. Coming from small companies they've brought the same kind of office politics with them. The culture here is all about showmanship.

Able to get good knowledge in Auditing in a year. Great learning is served here. The US Team is also good. Trainings at 5-star hotels are like icing on the cake.

Person tool my interview was a good friend of mr Anil Pundir who is now VP of KKR and destroying the kkr as well. RSM was rejected me because they got negative feedback from Anil. People works with Anil they know he is a nasty person. He favoured only boots licking persons. RSM group up. For him kkr stop hiring people from wipro blackstone.
