RSM, Surat is the only one consulting firm where you will not get laptop for your work at client side. You have to use your personal laptop. You will not get mail id also. Company has the policy to provide common mail id after 3 months. RSM stand at 6th position in top 10 audit firms there is no basic facilities. Here you will get 11 inch desktop (if only after anyone left from RSM ) where you can't read mail also. Very low salary as compare to other audit firms. You will get only RSM brand. Lack of basic infrastructure. Office is located in an old building. As simple as washrooms are pathetic and smelly with broken seats/ taps (seems like roadside urinals). HR, payroll and admin teams take no responsibility and i dont know why are they even hired. As a company policy, they deduct salary for no reasons and when you ask reason, they will not reply anything. Management is very selfish and just knows how to make money and keep in their pockets (especially during covid, they deducted salaries and made huge money for themselves). Post Covid, all saturdays are working now. There is no system of escalation of any issue. Please do not join this firm... You will regret in all terms....Read More

Good clarity onn my work and understanding colleagues and seniors. I have worked on large projects and there is no such thing that you are junior or senior.
