Company's management system is very bad. one person in upper management system do not able to handle his own team. Don't know how he's able to reach that place in his career. They do not discuss between each other about what should they do in future with their available man power. They basically use their man power as robot. After that they just throw them away. They are completely failed to judge their employees by their capabilities. So there is -1 job security.
