Dislikes

My manager and he is completely worthless (no technical knowledge,no domian knowledge,even cant speak in front of client too).Company should consider removing these kind of bad managers as early as possible.

Employee friendly, management was easily reachable, healthy work environment,good canteen and training facility

Dislikes

It used to be a very good company and employee friendly too with ample travel opportunities but things went downhill when they lost their main client and all key resources either moved out or been asked to resign due to that!It didn't recovered from that separation yet what I heard.They still got some good client but the profit margin is not the same what it used to be anymore.

Good small company with decent ethics. The experience might be differ from project to project. Some are way better than the others. But company is tight.

Dislikes

Opaque HR practices sometimes. Appraisals are driven by client and not work done.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
