Working at Rrootshell was great experience for me. From First day, i got work from home, which helped in balancing work and personal life. Company offered my support in learning new skills and latest technologies by giving technical traininigs. My Manager Aditya G and HR Nandini along with Rao from finance were always phone call away to resolve any issues, unlike my previous company where everything needed to done with tickets and schduled meetings. My client manager was also very supportive and we had great team. Some of our team is in California. Things have been changing recently with my current client to so had to change otherwise who have continued working with Rrootshell. Its great working place and good environment to grow. Dislikes

Only thing i feel little bad is, i worked with only one client from begining. Because of this, i did not get chance to work with different work environments. The company policy does not allow working on multiple projects at same time to ensure less work stress and WL balance. In previous companywe used to work on multiple projects same time but not here.
