After working for 3years, I have received inhuman behaviour from management's side. Especially from my ECRM MOUSUMI DEY. She dont even understand how to behave with the Team leader (TL). Even I am a senior TL, I may not know everything but she should have helped me which she didn't do. All my previous BDM AND ECRM are far more better than this lady. I didn't receive any help from admin also and you people have literally insulted me. One day I was not feeling well and she did not even asked me.. She dont have minimum responsibility also towards the team member.. Another major thing if every job needs to be perfect then that much time must be given to the TL to check which you dont give. It cannot be completed within 6pm sharp. Atleast my previous BDM AND ECRMS have that much of understanding which my current ECRM dont have. The head of the company Chinmoy Pal is not empathetic towards the employees and therefore it should not be expected from other employees as well.
