always scared about job security like if we are giving our best and sales is down due to summer or marjet downfall even then we are always threatened for. talk about culture i worked with BMW motorrad but seeing culture management and company policies i chose Royal enfield.

some targets which are optional but given the target of those too which is not understandable like if somthing if optional for customers then why the 80% to be achieved.

I don't see it as a secure job company wants the complete percentages but don't see that customer don't want those things RE gave sales team to get as per penetrations. Work culture is excellent 👍 the process of customer dealing, decoration, quality of the GMA and apparel. Policies are being to difficult for the sales team and customer too.like bike availability.after getting done the booking customers are not geting bike after 3 months too. Bikes availability,apperal target 2500 per motorcycle whereas all the customers don't want that,the seniors they just say their things but don't listen.

We don't get a chance to grow.. even if we ask our seniors about the promotion criterias or anything related to growth they just ignore it. Not only one even the ASM, CBM, ZM. I asked him that currently I am a CRT Manager i want to be a RRC please tell what should I do, they just ignored my words, this is the only thing I don't liked here. Dislikes

Management keeps changing a lot of Processes Frequently. Frequent changes makes it challenging to achieve the KPI's. Have to face Unnecessary pressure from Zonal Heads for illogical implementations. A lot is been pushed to ASM levels which becomes difficult to complete all task's and ASM always lands up having a lot of work back log.
