Rajiv Seth takes commission from the colleges to hire in this company and fires them in 2-3 months so he could hire someone else in their place and earn on a regular basis. Dislikes

Owners are evil. Especially the lady Boss (Anu Khanna) she is very abusive. Talking not allowed in the office. Toxic Environment. Work load is very high. Limited holidays. They cut salary a lot, even if you are 1 minute late they cut salary of half day. You will not get to learn anything here. NO JOB SECURITY THEY WILL DEFINITELY KICK YOU OUT ANYTIME SOON and many more.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
