The team support is good! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The campany is open to innovation and readily adop latest technology . I love fact that I m a part of this .

Company is decent , but growth in slow the work pressure is very high , I have to work in this campany 14 to 15 hours I have attended client & call in the evening sometime late in night ,no manager I handle overall but end of the day no any appreciated and no any appraisal .
