Rocheston press sets a fast-paced environment for their employees. Really enjoy the leadership, a great place to grow your career. Great culture of inclusion and diversity. Fantastic work life balance for employees which are far superior compared to other firms. Employee empowerment is prevalent, great organisational culture and a very friendly working environment.

Can't recall anything in specific. Only challenge was solving people's queries in timely manner that had a positive outcome to all concerned parties

I only attended the interview at Rocheston last week and feel like I landed the job already (fingers crossed) I still have my last round of interview with the CEO. I interacted with the HR and the MD who were professional in their approach and made sure I’m at ease. At Rocheston I enjoy the open work culture that keeps a diverse group of people working together, envisioning and contributing towards a great future. What appeals to me the most is that we work together as a family - We understand each ones unique responsibilities and shares a camaraderie.

Dislikes

The drive to grow and maintain an inspiring work environment is so high that we cut back all rising heads of unhealthy politics.
