You are always treat like student, Worst behaviour of senior peoples. U need to work more than 12 hrs per day, u are always shifted to any client, at any time, u can't balance ur life, always senior employee notice your attitude, u can't able to smile without there permission, salary is very very low. Pls don't think about the holidays... And also that didn't give a personal leave too. Pls join this company when u didn't have a chance.if they send to your for client side.. then you are not a developer.. u just a post master... They will never leave u even after the notice period....Read More
