At starting, there was a hope to learn more about new tools and upgrades n the organization. but after few months all hopes were transferred into dislikes.

Dislikes

Company works on only achieving family goals of all managers. they don't care about employees. there is no freedom to express the ideas in this company. there is no rights to express any loopholes or any complaints regarding the team leads.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
