Blatant politics the manager there literally enjoys appeasement. They work on web forms. Technical specialist there doesn't know coding have been out of world for 10 years then she suddenly joined back with reference. I myself have seen buttering in a meeting. Your image there is what Anjali and piyush project to higher ups. You will have to be ready to do work 24/7 and 7 days a week cause nothing is stable there. I have worked till 4 am sometimes and no they don't work with us clients. If you are a developer everything is your fault even if data isn't coming from db team side it's your fault.If you are good at buttering you will flourish otherwise you won't get any recognition. Hrs there are puppets of management they relay you the message after consulting the managers. Companies value their talented employees but your talent won't be put in front of higher ups.
