In simple words, the place is run by a boss who is as cynical and as insulting as it gets. he has no idea what he wants to make you do and wants to drag you into every possible thing that he wants to do. You will neither get time to work nor you will get time to learn. There are people who are working here for more than 10 years butthey have got shaped in such a way that they can't work anywhere else. The company is even trapping the young interns by getting them into a contract that they cannot leave the company for 3 years or else they will have to pay the penalty in lakhs. Also, they have stupid laws about late fines and no holidays. Earlier they use to work 4 Saturdays now they have given two days off. The worst part is that their whole behavior and attitude towards employees is so unprofessional and disgusting that it feels like that they are doing a favor by giving you a job. I am not against grinding but you cannot expect a person to work on four things simultaneously and also do that within a time frame.
