I joined the company in Year 2002 and it was small company of turn over of 80 Cr. The company was smaller segment of Copier and B/W Multi function Device (Photocopier) and not even enter in color devices in India. In 2005 the Company acquired much bigger company in profile and presence "M/s Gestetner" India and Company's turnaround. The Company entered into all the segments of the office automation and within two to three years started the IT segment for sales and services and push all the competitors behind. In span of 7 years from acquisition, the company become 700 Crores company and i guess the company touched the turnover of 1000 Cr. The experience of working with Ricoh in different stage was exciting which enriched my personal and professional skills. In my opinion, the right candidate can explore his space in Ricoh and make himself successful, the company also help you in becoming a good human being. The work cultural like other multi national companies. You have to take complete ownership of the work and perform. Do not expect the rapid growth and follow the principle of "Slow and steadily wins the race."

Work Details

It was challenging and excitement. We used to handle multiple task and new challenges every day was making our day fantastic. At the end of the day, it was nice feeling working with Ricoh.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
