HR team is enough good only in listening your problems but very bad in problem solving.

Terrible experience with management team (production). Favouritism,way of talking,work culture,work load. No one is supportive in management because they cant handle your problem.

Job is quite interesting But work load will make u tired, frustrated at last. If u have a skill named buttering then u can survive a little bit.... If you dont have that type of skill it is not place for you.

Didn't paid Gratuity during F&F though Gratuity was shown as monthly component in fixed CTC. No job security, they can remove you anytime and always work with person of there likes. No staff welfare experienced during the tenure of 1.5 years. They don't provide even basic meal facilities. HR Policies are never communicated to staff.
