The people and culture in the US looks great and they are employee friendly, centric, cool place to work etc. Whereas, the one in Coimbatore, India, thats an upside down. Here it's all dominated by the long time employees who joined the company in its initial stages. These untouchables go to any extent to safeguard themselves and their power and influence in the company (back-stabbing, cornering, micro-managing, cheap politics etc).
