Work environment and culture almost good. Teammates are supportive. Company policy is average.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issues. Career growth is very slow.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
