The company's working hours are convenient. I like 8 hours shift timing and also they provide work from home after completing shift hours. I also like employee rehire policy.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible. People are not well mannered. Lack of disciplines. Work culture is not professional. It feels like was work in school. No salary growth.

Poor management. No stability of anything. Everyday rules are changing according to feasibility of the management. Change job timing as per their own mood, just like tuition classes. Office is in commercial building - Not following any safety precautions. Lift only for visitors.
