I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Campus is good. Can facility is good. Working hours are cool.

Dislikes

Managers are very partial and play politics with the one who has too much of caliber and intelligence as they feel insecurity with that person. Some people had been made manager by just references and contact and they don't have ablitiy to mange or lead a team. Work environment is average. No extra benefits for extra working. No proper bonus. Very less increment even after giving more than 200% to company. When it comes to give money to employees they have 1000s of reason to give less hike in salary. But when it comes to take work from employees they can go to any level and call you for job. Job security is also 80% as if some one had some personal grudges to management then they don't look their performance and will on the spot terminate the employees even though employee is very loyal and hard working....Read More
