its not sufficient my CTC to work life balance . and i did not have enough challenges i want to learn more and uptrains my knowledge to grow my carrier path while all the projects repetitive.so that is not satisfied to me. as well as i need more allowances for travel and carrier growth and learning not that much . but compensation is decent but work pressure high not that much good CTC for the hard work . all time client call attend is cannot manage to work to same tome doing project not space that much....Read More
