its really high level of security with the job it make me increase the productivity and reliable and keep learning and be fully present during meeting and focus on solution. the work culture of my company is employees are friends with peoples on every departments can adorable and my team is socialized in the outside of the work and receive the good thoughtful feedback from my employees . the company management is such a great and good manager cam satisfier all employee and development to getting to know the personally and promote to great success with the company. according to polices is attendance and time off polices and equal opportunity and gather information and developer , writer and review policy work place security polices.

Dislikes

...need more allowances for travel and carrier growth and learning not that much . but compensation is decent but work pressure high not that much good CTC for the hard work . all time client call attend is cannot manage to work to same tome doing project not space that much.
