No proper communication in the management. The accounting software does not work properly but you don't get any proper explanation regarding this. There is so much miscommunication in this office. Recently in a department, No new BENGALI candidate is been appointed as per the instruction from the HOD. The environment is not good at all. Biased work culture. The salary scale is not proper.
