Reason partners itself is brand when it comes to data research. I was part of analyst group who worked on the assignments independently. It was the work culture which used to drive my motivation to keep up in Rescon. Also director Mr. Manish Chopra sir was very co-operative in dealing with complex problems arising during work. The work ethics were also the best thing I learned there.

Dislikes

Rescon needs to give some time to new comers in settling with the company environment. Not everyone is from the city born background. Although it does not matter much but salary should be at per with which can be affordable in a city like Gurgaon . Given the fact it has team mainly from premier institutes of India like NITs / BITs etc.

Work Details

The work is mix of excitment and learning. But over the period it gets boring as same repeatative assignment I had to do. I heard they have moved to other projects as well , so it must be new challenges and many things to learn about.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
