As it's a startup company, there is a huge opportunity to learn about new technologies, etc. In this company there are many things we can learn like back-end, front-end, mobile apps development, smart home (IOT), etc.

Everything, They ask you to come office for a 12 hour shift and won't even pay OT. HR will lie directly to your face during interview and when you ask them later on, they will say they never said it. If you take a leave, you should inform your manager, when you will wakeup, what you will do, where you are going, with who, when return, when you will sleep.
