Focuses on building a good product, They celebrate the festive holidays beforehand, Good package for freshers and not for long-term employees, Won't be easily laid off.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, Too much politics and drama, not suitable for an introvert or people who only want to work (without getting involved in their games), If you are a victim of harassment/conflict it would blame you for that (Victim blaming), Does Micromanagement and openly says no, HRM could be better instead of being just a manag ement pleasing....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
