Renoir Consulting is one of the worst company to work in. Racism breeds through the entire Organization. I worked there as a research executive for a period of 8 months. My entire team was based out in India, but our manager Ellen Darlington is based out of UK. More appropriate name would be Evil Devilton. She considers her to be the the supreme goddess with zero accessibility to the team. She would never have 1 on 1 connect with the team members and would only have communications through email. I wanted to go on a medical leave for a few weeks and I had applied for the same well in advance. Evil Devilton gave a very tough time during that period and would not approve the leaves. I was even willing to take a leave without pay, but Devil that she is was not willing to have conversation around it. Eventually I had to resign considering the mental torture that Devil was. The HRs of the company Claire and Geetanjali are mere puppets at the behest of the Evil Devil. White color favouritism takes precedence over Employee well-being for these HRs. Message for new joiners/interviewers: if you are going to be part of Devils team, watch your step. You may be in her firing line anytime soon.
