Nothing to like about the company. No job security, no cab, no proper leave policies, no sick leaves, no night shift allowance.

Dislikes

BPO team has worst management, worst manager, worst Team Leads(both Chennai & Pondy). The manager takes ideas from his wife(who is not a part of the company) and implement those in the process. Team Leads who were there at the beginning(both Chennai & Pondy) are puppets who blindly listen to the management and doesn't even hear the people working under them. Envys about others salary packages and talks behind the back. Targets efficient people and remove them from the work for silly reasons. As a conclusion, company removes people then there without giving warning and threats them to resign....Read More
