Working at reliance retail especially value format proved to be worst. First thing salary in comparison to work load is less . Before opening a store class and standard should be analyse care fully . This things creat deliberately pressure on Employee. store mapping location quite poor. Security has been given more power than a SM thereby SLPs behave like currupt police.
