Job Switch deliemma due to being benched

I was hired in July 2023 through clg placement and have successfully completed my probation and got the confirmation letter as well but for the past few months, I feel I am being benched. FYI this is my first job. My manager talks to me and gives me miniscule amount of task very rarely and not challenging enough. He's at a very senior position of format I can't disclose. Sometimes days go by where I just come to the office and do absolutely nothing. He's good friends with the HRBP so if I complained My manager would surely find out and I'd be screwed. My L2 is absolutely not approachable, he doesn't even know my name. Although my total work ex is 1+ years what should I do stay or start looking elsewhere?

There are no weekly offs or comp offs, and the work culture can be toxic. However, there are some good people in the company, but overall, growth is slow.😅

I'm an Assistant Store Manager at Reliance Retail, and I'm ambivalent about the company. On the one hand, it's great that the hiring process is quick. But the HR department could definitely be better - they can be quite demanding, and the location assignments can be inconvenient. Overall, there are good and bad things about working here.😅😅

In fact, they even expect us to sell products out of our own pockets. On the positive side, the company itself is great, but the management needs improvement. If you want proof, just take a look at the number of staff resignations in the past year.

They even went as far as deducting money from our pockets if we didn't meet sales targets. On the positive side, the company has a good reputation, but the management is dragging it down. Hi how is the work for the Operation Specialist in reliance retail and week off they mentioned 5 days but in offer letter they said 6 working days. So when I ask HR they said 5 and the offer letter they said is old can you confirm its 5 or 6 days
