No Job security here , also there is politics between senior leaders and anytime they fired if don't say yes Boss or will do it right now unless it is not possible. Even company policy was good but it is written only not followed by senior so always junior employees fired or remove from company time to time but senior employee remain same.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address such issue as junior employees always faces and unable to inform top level boss because they all r same . No one listening your issue including HR Team .Also there is Corruption by every senior.

There is a labour type behaviour uses by senior leaders and struggling many issue as there was no formal training session.

There is no job security for ujpm (Fttx project)

There is no any job security for ujpm (Fttx project) when I joined in reliance Jio I was very excited, I have alot expectation, from Jio team, but I did not got any single opportunity to learn new thing, and also there was no kRA has been decided by mangement team for ujpm.
