Many things not cleared by Company, advisor contest, there is so ifs and buts, if advisor qualified 7-8 contest in a year, there is high chances that he will not get 100% contest. 3-4 will be missed because of ifs and buts. Salary deduction and demotions for sales force. It demotivating for many managers as well as branch head. HR support is very very pathatic, high deduction in f&f if you serve less notice period.
