I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. People won't join even if they do they won't stay for long so no one will be kicked out, job security is the only thing to expect

No structure, no proper technology. Higher ups doesn't know the tech. Google will be ur only option. Expect no help. Will have to work day and night with changing requirements cause people who handle the project won't understand the requirements from the client. Once work is done except no credit. Salary won't match the work u do.
