Dislikes

Work culture, no work like balance. We need to work late sometimes also until 11:30 pm . A small suggestion for freshers it's a nice place to start from but you hardly wanna stay there more than for a year.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
