Regalix is a stepping stone to get into digital marketing.

Dislikes

There is no job security and it's not employee centric. There is a lot of dirty politics that's is played by the higher management which effects the employees and their growth in the organization. They have a hire-fire rule too

The work at regalix is hectic and as time passes the targets increase. However, if you don't have a will issue then sales and customer service is a good place to work

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
