The review would be specific to Reddit Process: No promotion even if you are working hard. Appraisal was not given and the cycle was also unpredictable. Not sure if this is company issue orelse the dept but even for sending the laptop back to the company the courier charges are also not reimbursed. There is no work life balance and as well the management is pathetic.

Be in good terms with your TL very good terms and everything will be taken care your targets, breaks, leave request , promotion . Even though you are a top performer for every month you will be appreciated once a year for one quarter and not quarterly when the RnR takes place.

I have had the worst experience with this organisation. No work ethics. No basic manners. Unprofessional crowd. Just not a right work place. Regret wasting my time there. Happy to be out of the place.
