Well, for starters, its not a company but a garage situated in the middle of nowhere( there were a couple of cows blocking the entrance staircase on one particular day) . The owner lives in New Jersey and gives instructions over the phone and holds an online telephonic meet every Friday. There is no AC and you have to work in the sweltering heat , sweating for 9+ hours everyday, 6 days a week. The owner will talk about how he has sophisticated instruments like LC-MS and HPLC, without mentioning that non of the instruments work. There is a deduction in salary for a day or even a few hours missed. The working conditions are extremely unsafe, I often got electric shocks while working with basic instruments like magnetic stirrer, rotavap etc. Join at your own peril....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
