I do not find any likes about this waste startup.

Never join this type of startup even if you don't get a job anywhere. If you join will end up of doing regret. The management doesn't know how to treat their employees. They treat us as a labour and force us to work from morning 9 am to evening 9 pm and even used to work on weekends. If I talk about the salary and policies, a labourearns more than an engineer in this company and policies are next level worst. The management is shouting at their employees like hell. The company is open to adopts the latest technologies. I like the work culture and management. There is much scope to learn new things. Overall experience is too good.

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. I have to attend client calls after working hours even though we have flexibility to work.

A very small company with very small thinking. Specially the Delivery head Mr. Arunesh Beri just try to manipulate the employees with their cheap tricks. I won’t suggest anyone to work in this company ever.
