Here, the work life balance is very good, as there will be a good friendly services manager is cool and he won't be angry as suffer in any it, Hr will more supportive for our queries.

Yes, we fear a lot of our job as this is not as secured as we think the client is from UK and everyday it is a new story of running out of customers which will lead run out of the show. If your are thinking about learning new things than stay away as we step in its kind of robot work they only need to to do the process nothing new. No promotions and bonus that makes a employee weak....!

I been into three companies, Redcentric is my 3rd company. It was really happy to work with this company. Each and every manager and management people help every employee to balance their both work and family life which was the only one every employee except from the company.
