If you want me answer honestly then I will probably say " nothing " in every segment brand is below par. I have discussed about everything in detail below.

As far as I am concerned myself I count joining redtape( Mirza International Ltd ) as one of the biggest ever mistake of my life till date. The organisation has no payroll for its retail employees, no work-life balance specially in its retail sector you need to work 11-12 on daily basis. No. Let's talk about the job security, you have zero job security in this organisation because you don't have any payroll as well as they don't provide any kind of document or paper work which shows or tells that you work for Mirza International Ltd. Carrier and growth in foundation is only for limited persons. If you are related to seniors or bosses in any ways only then you can get a opportunity to grow in the company. Work satisfaction is also very poor because you don't know which day is going to be your last day. I don't know much about the company culture but one thing I have noticed that there is trend of fake promising in organisation.
