there is worklife balance but too much of it. there are times/months you will feel demotivated as there is no work to do. No work means no growth,no skill development

Associates donot respect their seniors, there is not much work to do so no growth in your skills. No hikes or promotions as they always have budget crunch since 2022.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
