Redhat has one of the best work cultures that I've been a part of. People are respectful, passionate and empathetic towards your professional and personal life. It's a good balance in my opinion. Management is supportive and believes in hearing out opinions before taking a concrete decision at least in my team. You will learn and grow as a person here. Ok, let's get down to business now. Redhat is not a great pay master, so you'll end up feeling underpaid after a while. The attrition rate is skyrocketing because of this issue, the competitors are paying much higher! Lateral movement is close to impossible if you wish to switch your career and move to a different department. Theydon't easily let the movement happen, so you if you are joining with the thought of "I will relocate to a different region" you will be disappointed. After a period of time, your work will become monotonous, and can easily go from flexible work hours to burn out. The HR team in Pune location are sad, they don't respond to anything at all.
