It's once in a life time company to work with. People are very much acceptable of open culture where you can upfront go and say, you're not expert in this area but will learn and come back.

Work life balance is good, undue pressure is not exerted.

Dislikes

They hired interns for software role, but it is not at all ideal for a software role. There are literally no learning opportunities here, and you won't find any coder here in the IT&D team, quite ironic for an IT team. The HRs are stupid, rude and unapproachable and there is a lot of lack of communication from them.
