The work culture is anti-people. The policy book doesn't have all the policies which are there in Reckitt and the HRs, on being asked, will not tell you clearly about the policy so, you have to reply on whatever info they give. Prabha, HRBP, is working for 30 years in this company, and the type of clever person she is, she dominates the HR Team here and is highly biased. Because of this, she didn't get any job elsewhere too. The recruitment team comprising Anjaneyulu, Akhilesh and Aparna is so highly biased that they consider referrals only from managers and not others. The list is really long but keeping it crisp for the readers. Pathetic senior management and middle management. Top management leaves organization every 2 years. On the name of speed, they compromise on quality. Company has big liking for MBA graduates from premium institutes who are technically zero on IT skills and good on blabbering, anyone will have hard time dealing with such idiots. Work culture = one world Toxic.
