Quality control department culture is very worst now. Because of Sai (Manager) he is encouraging share market holder only always they will play share markets in office timings. Along with him two assistant managers and one senior executive also doing. they won't do work they will play only share markets.no one is asking to them because of QC head reference and favoritism of qc head, one the assistant manager won't do work he will do only bucketing to heads. heads also never ask to them what you're doing how much time it will take for that work. they are supporting to him.they will target the persons and they blame that person until resign....Read More
