The worst banking culture. I was appointed in calicut branch and the branch Manager of the branch was the worst person, he is not allow me to attend the online training session, and asking for accounts from the second day of joining he tourchered daily, without giving product knowledge, and the will not helped me to solve my doubts regarding the operations side and product side, the BOM of the branch is not co- operative even the staffs also not supporting, And am sure that this is the worst place i have worked in my career..
