Choose a best job
Tommorow I have an interview with TCS through 3rd party payroll and I have another interview with RBL Bank on 1 feb 2025. Now I'm totally confused which company I have to choose for better career growth and my skills development.

RBL, go for rbl bank especially if it on their own pay roll, TCS work culture is bad for people who are working on tcs payroll ,third party pe toh its going to be worse

[crunchytikka](username) Exactly ,TCS = brand name, but third-party payroll is a catch. RBL = direct employment. Think long-term!

If you’re into tech, TCS might be better. If you prefer finance and dynamic roles, RBL could be a great pick!

RBL interview is just a day away. Why not attend both and compare offers?

2024 pass out, 0 tech offers 1 offer from startup
past 7-8 months trying hard to get placed. gave 7 interviews. 3 cleared fully(even got congratulations mail) . Sadly In that 2 are not responding even mc HR not picking call or msg. 1 offer left is non-tech Business Development Associate at a startup in Noida.
- 6 montths internship - 15k + variable ~15k
- ppo with 6-9 LPA
- joining next month(march)
what should i do? Should i wait for another chances in tech or move on with this offer and try while working with the startup.
If i wait another 2-3 months i will be competing with 2025 passouts.
my skills-Java, Springboot-hibernate, APIs, Angular(basic), Azure-DevOps, K8s, Docker, Prom-Grafana stack.
Please reply..

Why Do We Love WFH So Much?
Because:
1.We’d rather hang out with aging parents than office vending machines.
2. Our toddler is cuter than our cubicle neighbor (no offense to their questionable lunch smells).
3. We'd rather have dinner with our spouse than gossip with random flat mates about that one nosy landlord.
4. A weekend getaway with childhood friends > surviving rush hour for a team lunch.
5. Saving on fuel, rent, and overpriced sandwiches feels smarter than just surviving paycheck to paycheck.
6. Traffic jams aren’t fun, and meetings don’t require our physical presence just decent Wi-Fi.
But alas, corporate reality insists on strict office check-ins while happily making us join 11 PM global calls from home. So, here’s the million-dollar question: If we deliver stellar work remotely, why does our location matter?
It's not about productivity, is it? It's about clinging to old processes in the name of “culture.” Or maybe someone just really likes office coffee.

I need advice
I am on my 4th job that I just joined a month ago
I am 20
My first job was 6 months internship
Second job was 2 months internship and 8 months permanent
Third job was 6 months permanent (they turned the team into freelancers and tbh I felt the company won't last long)
Now the thing is I have been wanting a break for a long time not being able to enjoy stuff really effecting me mentally my friends go out have fun when I am stuck working not just that companies I have worked for so far made me work on Sunday, said sat will be off than switched up later I also want to learn more stuff not being able to while working but I feel like the current company I am working was is paying me well (8lpa), it's a senior role and WFH if I leave another won't come by if I don't leave than how will I learn and be able to get more opportunities in future (and the biggest point is that I am feeling suicidal cause of some stuff in my life) not sure what to do plz help 😥
