This was the worst experience in my career. I have seen strict managers, but they surely have got some logics. Here, you 2ill see incompetent people asking you to deliver things, on unrealistic terms. No matter if you work for 15-16 hours a day, all that matter is the perception. In fact my Vice president had quoted this, that perception is what matters. Staying jobless is better than joining these idiots, where the manager doesn't even know that if an excel sheet is running a formula, not another excel would actively work. That's the level of proficiency my Superior had.. they are just jokers, sitting around, finding problems, if couldn't, creating one and then playing around it, for a month or so.
