Worst bank ever. Lack of management. If you resign the seniors take it personally. They can change your vertical, shift you from branch to branch during notice period just to satisfy their ego. Please think twice if anyone is going to join RBL. Thanks

The senior staff members are so over confident about their work and do support junior employees. The Regional manager behaviour is so pathetic and rude he behaves as if he has been given rights to humiliate both male and female staff.

For cost cutting they are removing people and workload increasing on us due to this personal life icon not enjoy....24*7 keeping on call...health issues are increasing and personal life also getting disturbed....all these things i have convey still they are not doing anything strong for it...we are suffering also salary not increasing after working 24*7 only they need work no salary hike nothing..

This is a very useless bank When the account was opened the bank people said that your account will be reduced to zero but even then they deducted rs 4850/- and 1000/- this is very bad for me That’s why. I have to go to consumer court

With RBL bank it's good for the people who is not much growth oriented, however it also doesn't mean one should not have growth here however the vision is not very clear and hence overall growth at long space is very stagnant.

Dislikes

Senior people approach and behaviour is not warm and friendly.Its difficult to reach out people at senior level
